For some reason only known to himself, (but perhaps motivated by watching sister Rachael and her boyfriend Jeremy build their tiny house, Dana in 2018 decided to build a tiny house on his property in Boulder Creek. Three years later, and with no experience in any of the many skills required for such a task, here's what he had created:
