I have several pieces of silver that I have acquired over the years from my parents:
Chafing dish, with the initials AHD, which used to stand on my parent's dining room table. I don't know for whom the initials stand for.
Silver cup, with the inscription "Samuel A Dyer Jr - Oct 1 1889".
Wine flask, with initials SAD (Samuel Ashmead Dyer, my grandfather)
