In 2006 we purchased our Punta Mita condo for $430,000 (I think), and sold it for $695,000 in 2021 (?). It was right on the beach, with pool, hot tub, and a balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved it.
There was great fishing between us and the Marietta Islends, just off the coast
