As I get older, I begin to forget where and when I traveled in my earlier days.  Such is the case with Thailand: I know I visited it - quite often, in fact - while I was in the Peace Corps.  And after completing my three year Peace Corps stint, I headed home (with fellow ex-PCV Jane Decourcy) via Thailand (described elsewhere in my website).  

But then my memories grow fuzzy.  Did I visit Thailand on my trip east from Iran to Indonesia in 1977?  How about during my return to India in 1979?  And when did Caren and I visit Phi Phi Island?  Was it 1984, and part of a longer trip?

Unfortunately I very few notes from this period of my life.  And unlike my iPhone, the camera I used back then did not record the dates or locations of the pictures I took, so no clues there.  Instead, I will guess on the dates and locations of the few photos I still have, and beg your forgiveness.  Here goes...
