28. Oaxaca.  Dec 19-21, 2015:.  A great city, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the most etnically diverse state in Mexico.  Home of mescal, and the birthplace of corn and squash.  It's chocolate and mole are considered he best in Mexico.  Good eating, good drinking, good wandering about.
