I’m in a nice home, in a nice part of town, with a nice host (Martha), son (Alberto), and dog (Benny, who can shake with both paws and roll over):
It’s Sunday, day 2 of the Carnaval, and Alberto drove me to the parade, where I got a seat in the first row (but the sunny side) for the Gran Parada de Tradición y Folclor.
Strolling around I encountered a family fiesta in full swing. They invited me in, handed me a beer, and it’s party time. A very relaxed party, indeed.
One of the family members could really dance.
I lined up all the females for a group photo.
I’m not sure why that wanted me to pose with my head between the legs of a mannequin hanging from a tree:
and of course grabbed two beauties for myself.
I finally took a taxi back by around 6. See you tomorrow!
