After a very good “Argentine style” empanada and iced coffee at Versalles I visited the Jardín Botánico...
...then on to the Terminal de Transporte Norte for a two hour bus ride to the amazing Piedra del Peñol, a 200 meter high granite monolith with a staircase of 659 steps:
Back down the steps (a lot easier than going up), and a Tu-Tuk to colorful, charming Guatapé.
I took lots of photos of the zócalos. These are colourful decorative panels, usually square, painted in relief along the base of the houses up to waist-height.
