OK, morning tour to Volcan Pacaya: the driver picked me up this time. But it was really cold, cloudy, even a little drizzly. Couldn’t see a thing. The ride back included a four hour wait in the bus because of a chemical spill on the highway. And a very average meal at the Milan Chinese Restaurant (but a huge portion, gotta give them some credit).
Canceled the Volcan Acatenango overnight tour. It was bad enough at 2552 meters; what would it be like at 3975 meters?
