The next day, the three of us walked along the difficult path of Iguaque to the paramo of the Iguaque Flora and Fauna Sanctuary. Here's the park official telling us we're crazy for even thinking about trying, and pointing out how far he thought we would go.

We thought we were pretty amazing.
Until we noticed that a puppy had followed us the entire way.
